Miguel Janín

Miguel is Founding Partner of London Property Partners with 16 years’ experience in Real Estate in the UK, main European markets and Oceania. Prior to Founding London Property Partners in 2011, he held several positions in a range of property development companies. Over the course of his career, he has specialised in advising European investors in acquiring both Commercial and Residential properties in the UK, Mainland Europe and Oceania.

Since 2017 he has become a Committee Member of the Board of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.

Miguel has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Navarra. He also holds a Marketing Course from London School of Economics (LSE).

Iñigo Osácar

Iñigo is a Partner at London Property Partners. He joined the team in 2015, his talent, attitude, and appetite to learn has made him become a key member of the company. Prior to joining LPP, he worked in the Hospitality and Construction Sector for 3 years in the UK market, experience that attracted Iñigo to join our team. 

Iñigo holds a double bachelor's degree of Business Administration and Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is currently studying the Msc Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University.

Montserrat Gutiérrez

Montserrat is Property Manager and Business Administrator at London Property Partners. She has more than 15 years experience in business management and is focused on adding value to every property under management. She specialises in strategic asset management – working with clients on the creation, makeup and development of their commercial and residential property investment portfolios. These include carrying out of selected professional works among that Facility Management and day to day Property Management.

Montserrat has a Bachelor Degree in Commnunication Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
